Hard to believe it has been so many years since his songs hit the airwaves. His number one hits, standards of Classic Country Music, include ‘I Loved ‘Em Every One’, ‘Do You Wanna Go To Heaven’ and ‘Last Cheater’s Waltz’.

His signature tune, ‘Party Time’ launced T.G. into the big time. The song topped the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, and was one of the most requested songs of 1981.

His coast-to-coast tour is already filling up quickly, with additional dates being added weekly. Here’s what T.G. had to share about the upcoming tour:

I’m so amazed now more than ever being on the road looking out into the audiences night after night, and seeing fans sing along to my music,” said Sheppard. “It’s always great to be able to look out and see familiar faces that have followed our music, while also seeing a whole new generation of traditional country music fans.

Though it has been several years since the songs debuts, his music is just as popular as ever. In fact, classic country artists are just as popular today as a few decades ago.Just look at Dolly Parton, the Oaks and Charley Pride.

In an effort to show that classic country music is more popular than ever, T.G. plans to bring a lively, energetic show that will have all his fans up on their feet, clapping and singing along.

His latest project,  Legendary Friends & Country Duets won approval of those of us who still enjoy the classic country sound. It was met with high praise, and labeled as ‘timeless, transcending generations’. This CD featured fellow iconic legends such as Conway Twitty, Merle Haggard, Jerry Lee Lewis and the Oak Ridge Boys.

So, here is where you can catch T.G. in concert next year. Be sure to check his website often for weekly additions!
